How long does it take to get a bike fixed?

Typical turn around time is 1-2 business days.

Do I need to set an appointment to drop off my bike?

Appointments are not required, we do our best to get you in and out as soon as possible. If you would like to make an appointment you are more than welcome too and we will get you back on your bike as fast as we can!

What type of bikes do you work on?

We work on all pedal powered bicycles. Kids bikes, cruisers, mountian bikes, road bikes, Tri bikes, Adult Tricycles. We do not work on electric or motorized bikes.

When you purchase a bike from Action, what is included in the "Free Lifetime Adjustments?"

Lube chain

How long does it take to get my skis or snowboard serviced?

We try and maintain an overnight turn around for all ski and snowboard services in season. If you are coming in from out of town (Tucson ect.) call ahead and let us know. Drop off your gear, go have lunch, run some errands and then we should be able to get you back on the road
